IOP4R-1
Image

This XLR/BNC panel gives camera owners the full size BNC and XLR connectors needed. The IOP4R-1 can be used by itself or with the optional add on BOB4R-1 box that turns a multiple snake of cables coming off the camera into one simple DVI-I cable. For owners needing both the full size XLR and BNC panel on the camera this is the best solution.

BOB4R-1

As mentioned above this break out box quickly attaches with a single DVI-I cable to the IOP4R-1 panel on your red camera. The BOB4R-1 allows all of the audio, video, time-code, and remote start features to be utilized remotely up to 50' away from the camera. This eliminates the nuisance of having multiple cables attached to the camera and simplify’s dolly, crane and other shots.

T-bag Splash bag

Still under development the T-bag, unlike most other splash bags, can be submersed up to 2 meters. The T-bag is designed to allow handheld, tripod and crane shots all to be possible. Funny thing is, many years ago I was working on a show with a big crane shot that was to start off high on the side of a cliff and move down to just skim the ocean below. Well not once but twice the crane Op managed to dunk the camera, successfully taking out both A and B cameras and ending our shooting day. A T-bag would have been a valuable tool to have that day - heck I would have settled for a better crane Op.

Top Secret Control Box

Had the chance to hang with the Toys 4 Red boys at NAB and we spoke about a tool that we all felt would be very valuable. Well the great news is now they are looking into making it so I hope there is some information to report on it soon.
